No Refund Policy for Handmade Products

At OLOID ArtCol, we take pride in creating high-quality, unique, and handcrafted products with care and attention to detail. Due to the custom and delicate nature of our handmade items, all sales are final.

Policy Details:

  1. No Refunds or Exchanges:
    All purchases of handmade products are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged. We encourage customers to carefully review product descriptions, photos, and dimensions before placing an order.

  2. Custom Orders:
    For custom or personalized orders, we work closely with you during the design process to ensure your satisfaction. However, once the item has been crafted and delivered, it cannot be returned or refunded.

  3. Damage During Shipping:
    If your product arrives damaged due to shipping, please contact us within 5 days of receiving your order. We may request photos of the damage for verification and will work with you to find a suitable resolution, such as a replacement or repair, at our discretion.

  4. Quality Assurance:
    Every product is made with care and inspected before shipping. Minor variations in color, texture, and design are normal characteristics of handmade items and should not be considered defects.
